Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 5 business days for regular shipping. For express shipping, you should expect your order within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Providers

Oliva Skin uses Sendle as our preferred shipment provider. Sendle facilitates it’s delivery of items through Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please. For areas unreachable through these methods or for orders with express post selected, we will send your parcel via Australia Post.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Oliva Skin ships to business/residential address and PO boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will first receive an order confirmation email from sales@olivaskin.com Your order will then be packed and prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been lodged with the shipment provider, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for you to review the order status at any time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Oliva Skin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) as they are issued by your local government and not Oliva Skin.

Damages

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, please be aware you may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Zone 1 – New Zealand

Zone 2 – UK, US, Canada & Singapore

Returns Policy

 

Our business strictly follows a ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cash back is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.
To qualify for an exchange, the issue has to be raised within 7 business days after receipt of parcel by the customer. Contact must be made via email info@olivaskin.com or through our website application olivaskin.com and filling out the form on the Contact Us page.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will liaise with you via email and request photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

The Exchange Process

The customer will have to return the parcel FIRST to our Noosaville address to be able to use this credit against another purchase.

The customer service team after reviewing the request will issue a coupon of same value valid for online store ONLY, which can be used to buy item(s) in future.

OLIVA SKIN reserves the right to refuse any exchanges in case of any of the following circumstances:

  • Product tampered by customer
  • Product damaged due to use by customer
  • Any price tags, labels, original packing or accessories damaged/removed from the product.

Damages: The exchange of damaged item(s) will be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size or wrong item.

Exchanges: For all exchanges other than the above reasons, one-side courier charges have to be borne by the customer.

Processing Time: Please allow one week (7 days) for the processing of damage and claims. During sale periods, all such claims would be entertained after the sale ends. This is applicable to nationwide shipments. For all international parcel exchanges are not possible at the moment. We aim to close all queries within 2 weeks of the request.
